Due to on going construction, our temporary location for in person appointments is located at

31 Campus Plaza Road, STE B., Hadley, MA 01035

The building is located near the Stop and Shop Plaza in Hadley.  Our suite is on the left, just past MedExpress, in the building with the Prindle School, before you reach the plaza with TJ Maxx and Stop and Shop when turning on to campus plaza road from Russell Street/Route 9. There is signage with our name by campus plaza road. Our sign is not over our unit, but it is marked in the door.
